Choose evidence that fits the claim
Use standards and project documentation for protocol facts. Attribute provider features and policies to the provider source. An audit describes the component, version and period actually inspected; it does not establish a permanent security guarantee for every part of a service. Community reports can suggest a question to investigate, but do not substitute for a reproducible test.
Publication standard
Articles are added one at a time. A publishable guide must answer a concrete question, explain the relevant mechanism, include useful steps or original evidence, cite the applicable primary sources and state its limits. Brief seed articles and documentation-only reviews remain unpublished.
Write for a useful decision
Explain prerequisites, relevant steps, expected observations and failure cases. State the client/platform scope rather than using an unqualified “works everywhere” claim. Original measurements must include the method and observations. Rankings, paid-placement claims, author credentials and scores cannot be invented to fill a template.
Review, translate and correct
Published material is reviewed before release. An edited draft does not replace the public version until it is published. When the English source changes, translations can be marked for review; a stale translation must not silently imply that it reflects the latest source. Significant corrections should identify what changed and update the relevant evidence.
